Rodriguez Room Volume Mixer Now User Accessible

In an effort to improve the technology in the Rodriguez Room, Client Services has installed the Sound Mixer in the closet to the left of the DVD/VCR.  Users can now control the audio level for both the Laptop and DVD/VCR input.  Signage has been placed at the podium and at the DVD/VCR indicating where the audio controls can be found.  Note that the mixer must be turned on and only the dials labelled will control sound for the indicated device.  See pictures below for more information:

The Best Way to Contact ITS

If you require immediate ITS attention to an emergency issue the best way to contact us is x7973 or 718-862-7973.
All other inquiries should be sent to the its@manhattan.edu email.
If you wish to contact an ITS employee directly, you can still use the its@manhattan.edu email and ask for the email to be routed to the appropriate person.  Note that emails sent to its@manhattan.edu are viewable by ALL ITS employees.
Please note that emailing ITS staff directly will generally yield the slowest response time.
If there is sensitive information that should be shared only with a certain ITS employee, those emails should be sent directly to that ITS employee.  As mentioned above, emails sent to its@manhattan.edu are viewable by ALL ITS employees.

New Feature - Voicemail to Email

One of the most-requested features delivered by the new telephone system is the ability to forward voicemail messages to your email inbox - providing the ability to receive and check voicemail messages from any network connected device including smartphones, iPads/tablets, laptops, and desktop computers with speakers.

Opt-In
The new voicemail-to-email feature is being offered as an opt-in service. Users are able to choose between traditional voicemail storage and retrieval or the option of forwarding all voicemail messages to their College email account - providing virtually limitless storage as well as the ability to store, sort, and forward voicemail message the same as email.

To opt-in to the voicemail-to-email feature, please click here.

Storing, Sorting, and Forwarding
Once voicemail is forwarded to your Manhattan College email account, you have the ability to sort/copy the messages to a "Voicemail" folder to make searching for new and past voicemail message a snap.  Simply follow the instructions here to implement a Gmail filter and start organizing your voicemail messages.
