UPDATE (7/26 - 12pm): Power has been restored to our network equipment and WIFI and wired network service has been restored. Please reach out via the mediums below if you are still experiencing a network service outage.
UPDATE: The Network outage was caused by a power outage in one of our network closets. Physical Plant is currently working on restoring power.
We are currently investigating a partial network outage in Miguel Hall. both wired and wireless connectivity are affected. We will post updates once more is known.

Update 7/25: Please be advised that the library 4th floor upgrades are rescheduled to Monday, August 1st, from 2:00PM to 5:00PM.

In order to improve network reliability throughout campus, ITS will be conducting upgrades on network equipment that services the campus. The maintenance will occur on 7/25 and 7/26 from 5:30PM to 8:30PM. During the maintenance windows, some network services in the following buildings, including internet access, scanning, and printing, may be unavailable.
The upgrade schedule is as follows:
Tuesday 7/25: Library 4th Floor
Wednesday 7/26: Hayden Hall

UPDATE 7/17: Construction affecting the network has been completed as of 7/14. If you are still experiencing network issues, please reach out using the channels below.
UPDATE 7/7: This downtime is expected to be resolved by Monday, July, 17th. This may change if any complications occur
Due to construction being conducted on the 3rd Floor of De La Salle Hall, our network equipment will be taken offline, which is causing network outages throughout the building. These outages will continue to happen for the foreseeable future. We will keep you updated with any news we receive.
