Miguel Network Maintenance - 9/30 - 6AM - 8AM

UPDATE 9/30 6:54AM: Maintenance has been completed 


In order to maintain a safe, secure, and reliable network, ITS will be performing maintenance on our network infrastructure in Miguel Hall. This will occur on Saturday, September 30th is expected to last from 6am to 8am. This maintenance will cause the wired and wireless networks to be down during the duration of the maintenance period.

Argos Enterprise Reporting Made Easy

Argos is an easy interface to interact with data from Banner. Note that Argos is for reporting only and not meant for data entry. You can easily download your Argos report to an excel file for offline data manipulation. Check out this article on Argos navigation to learn more.

Hayden/Miguel/Memorial Network Outage - 9/11




12 September 2023 7:00pm 

Outagtes in Hayden have been resolved. Network connectivity have been fully restored.

Outagtes in Miguel have been resolved. Network connectivity have been fully restored.

Hayden has partially been restored. There are roaming outages and the 4th and 5th floors.

Networking engineering is swapping in working equipment as a temporary solution. We expect connections in Hayden to start coming back in line at approximately 11:am.

Due to an equipment power failure, our network equipment will be taken offline, which is causing network outages throughout Hayden, Miguel and Memorial These outages will continue to happen for the foreseeable future. We will keep you updated with any news.

Hayden Network Equipment Upgrade - 9/2

UPDATE: This maintenance has been completed as of 9:52AM.


In order to maintain a safe, secure, and reliable network, ITS will be upgrading the core equipment in Hayden Hall. This will occur on September 2nd and is expected to last from 6 AM-10 AM. This maintenance will cause our network to be down during the duration of the maintenance period and will affect devices that connect to the internet.
