UPDATE 11/4: Network Upgrade - Chrysostom Hall - 11/4 - 6AM to 8 AM

UPDATE: This maintenance has been completed as of 7:49 AM.

In order to maintain a safe, secure, and reliable network, ITS will be upgrading the equipment in Chrysostom Hall. This will occur on November 4th and is expected to last from 6 AM-8 AM. This maintenance will cause our network to be down during the duration of the maintenance period and will affect devices that connect to the internet.

Miguel Network Maintenance - 10/28 - 6AM - 8AM

UPDATE 6/28 7:50 AM : Maintenance Completed

In order to maintain a safe, secure, and reliable network, ITS will be performing maintenance on our network infrastructure in Miguel Hall. This will occur on Saturday, October 28th is expected to last from 6am to 8am. This maintenance will cause the wired and wireless networks to be down during the duration of the maintenance period.

Miguel Hall Network Outage

Update 12:36PM 10/17/23: All Miguel network issues are now resolved.

Update 11:40AM 10/17/23: A second piece of equipment failed and is being worked on currently. We expect the issue to be resolved within the hour.

Update 10:40AM 10/17/23: The original outage was caused by equipment failure due to a steam pipe leak. This outage was repaired by 10:40AM.

We are aware of a network outage currently affecting Miguel Hall. We are working to restore network access as quickly as possible and will update here when information becomes available.

New view in Google Drive shows recent activity in one place

 Starting yesterday Google is releasing a new feature to Google Drive that will add an Activity page. The link, entitled Activity, will display on the left side menu in the web interface. Learn more at their blog post.

If You Use Microsoft Outlook to Access Gmail Action Required

All those who utilize Microsoft Outlook to access their Manhattan College emails must transition to the new login method prior to June 1, 2024. Please review these instructions and reach out to its@manhattan.edu if further assistance is needed.
