Google Workspace Storage Limits

In 2021 Google announced a storage policy change that eliminated the unlimited Google Workspace storage option.

There are now reports that Google is alerting users with a high storage usage that our organization's storage is approaching 100%. If you have any data that is of a personal nature (i.e., not educational, research, Manhattan College work related), please find a permanent storage solution without involving the college's pooled storage.

This summer a detailed timeline for this project will be announced.

Campus-Wide Wifi Upgrade - 5/21/2024 - 12am-4am

UPDATE: This Maintenance has been completed as of 3:15AM

To maintain a safe, secure, and reliable wireless network, ITS will be upgrading the core equipment of our wireless infrastructure. This maintenance will occur on May 21st between 12am and 4am. This maintenance will cause sporadic outages during the duration of the maintenance period and will affect devices that generally connect to the wireless network, including Kramer devices in classrooms. This maintenance will not affect the wired networks across campus.

If You Use Microsoft Outlook to Access Gmail Action Required

 All those who utilize Microsoft Outlook to access their Manhattan College emails must transition to the new login method prior to June 1, 2024. Please review these instructions and reach out to its@manhattan.edu if further assistance is needed.
