Administrative Systems - Scheduled Maintenance Tonight

Dear Colleagues,

Information Technology Services will be performing maintenance tonight (11/07/2022) on our administrative system between 9:00pm - 9:30pm. Downtime will be required and access during this time frame will be limited.

Network Outage - Horan Hall

Update: We have resolved the issue and all network services in Horan should be restored.

Update: We have identified a power issue as the cause of this outage and are working to resolve this issue.

We are currently experiencing a network outage in Horan and are investigating the cause of this issue.

Scheduled Maintenance (30 Minute Downtime Required)

Google Workspace License Transition

Update 6:56PM: The license issue is resolved and all features are restored.

 We are working with Google to transition to their new license model. There may be disruption to Google Workspace services during this transition such as loss of recording/live-streaming capability. We are working to get this worked out as quickly as possible. All services should be restored once the transition is complete. We do not have an estimated timeline at this point.

Campus-Wide Network Upgrade - 9/24

UPDATE: This maintenance has been completed as of 7:42 AM. 

In order to maintain a safe, secure, and reliable network, ITS will be upgrading the core equipment of our network infrastructure. This will occur on September 24th and is expected to last from 6 AM-10 AM. This maintenance will cause our network to be down during the duration of the maintenance period and will affect devices that connect to the internet.
