Fall 2021 COVID Class Rosters to be Loaded Week of August 23rd

Please note that the Fall 2021 COVID class rosters will be loaded the week of August 23rd.  Until then, only summer class rosters will be viewable.

Banner Self-Service: Photo ID Class Roster Updated

ITS has recently worked with the ID Office to enable the display of all current ID photos within Banner Self-Service Faculty & Advisors. In addition to the standard "Detail Class List" and "Summary Class List", ITS has added a link for "Photo ID Class Roster", which will display your class list and include the photo ID of each student in the class, if an image is available.

To access the "Photo ID Class Roster":

• Log in to Banner Self-Service.
• Click on "Faculty Services."
• Click on "Photo ID Class Roster."
• Choose the term (e.g., "Spring 2013").
• Choose the course for which you would like to see the class roster.
