25live Virtual Event Location Error Workaround

ITS is aware of an issue that some people are encountering when trying to schedule virtual events in 25live. Collegenet has advised us that they are aware of this bug and to use 25live Pro to select “Virtual Event” as your location when scheduling.

25Live Single Sign On (SSO) Issue

Update:  Issue resolved by CollegeNET at approximately 5:17PM.


ITS is aware of an issue with the 25Live SSO.  Until the issue is resolved, please use 25Live Pro.
You can also access Pro by clicking 25Live Pro as shown below.

Google Meet Grid View Issue

ITS has been made aware that some users are experiencing issues when using the GridView extension.


If you are experiencing an issue, we recommend that you use Google Meet’s native tile view. This is only temporary until the issue has been resolved by the developer.


ITS is monitoring the problem and will communicate any additional information that we receive.

Fix for AirPlay Connection Issues Using Room Name

We noticed an uptick in tickets for AirPlay Not Connecting to Room Name issues this week and thought it would be good to remind everyone of this Knowledge Article that explains how to fix the issue when attempting to connect to an AirPlay using the VIA App and Room Name.  See the article for more information.

I am happy to report that the 25Live Mobile Homepage issue reported earlier this week was resolved by Collegenet yesterday at 2PM.

25Live Mobile Home Page Issue

There is a known issue affecting the 25Live Mobile page.  25Live is actively working on a fix to this issue and there is no ETA on resolution.

The workaround is to select the desired screen from the menu:

You can also use the Desktop site.
We will send an update when the issue reaches a resolution.

Google Drive Issue When Attempting to Move File Between Folders

Issue Resolved as of 7/12/18 12:16PM

Google is aware of an issue where you receive a blank screen when trying to move files within folders in Google Drive.  They are working on the issue.  This issue has not yet hit the G Suite Dashboard, but you can check for updates there.
