RLC Client Services Location Closed Morning April 19, 2022

 Due to scheduling issue the RLC Client Services Office location will be closed today until 12PM. Prioritized support will still be provided to South Campus via our Jasper Office location during this time. Please email its@manhattan.edu for assistance.

ITS Client Services offices will be closed from 11AM - 2PM on Monday 8/21 for mandatory staff training.  No support will be available during this time period.  Please plan accordingly.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

In an effort to optimize resources we have decided to close the Client Services Office on Saturdays. You can see the updated Hours of Operation here.  Note that we will still have staff onsite performing proactive room checks.  They will be monitoring our ticketing system for any emergency requests.

Client Services Prioritized Coverage August 17 - September 11

The Client Services offices will have prioritized coverage August 17 - September 11. We need to allocate resources to completing Summer projects in preparation for the Fall 2015 semester. Once the semester begins we need to allocate resources primarily to classroom and network issues. Response times for all other requests will be slower than normal.
