Typically Microsoft schedules patches to be released on either the second or fourth Tuesday of the month. Today, Microsoft released a patch due to an actively exploited security hole in Internet Explorer. Update your Windows computers, please.
For Windows 10, Windows Update is found within Settings.
For Windows 7 & 8, open Control Panel and select Windows Update.

Login Issues with Moodle and Self-Service

How to Backup/Restore Bookmarks
All modern web browsers, such as Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, offer options for backing up your bookmarks and even browsing history.
