New ITS Service Report "Room Ticket Counts"

We have added a new report to our list.  The new report is entitled "Room Ticket Counts".  This shows number of tickets per room over various periods of time.  Here is a link to this new report.

The ITS Service Catalog offers a variety of helpful features.  This screen provides a snapshot of IT Services: from Equipment loan, to A/V & Event Set Up and Support, to customized  Google email and calendar services.

ITS has put together a Service Catalog so that the community can better understand what services are provided as well as what is covered under each service.  This is a work in progress.  Over time, new services will be generated and outdated services will be retired.  Aside from ITS services, you will also find some non ITS services and how to request them.
