COMPLETED: License Server Maintenance on Sunday, April 14th at 9:00PM

UPDATE: The license swap was done and the software was tested for functionality as of Sunday, April 19th at 10:00 PM.

ITS will be performing license server maintenance on Sunday, April 14th at 9:00 PM. This maintenance is occurring in order to update the license for SAP2000.

The maintenance is expected to be done by 10:00 PM on Sunday, April 14th. The maintenance will effect all users that are on the Manhattan College network and for those who use the software off-site via VPN.

COMPLETED: License Server Maintenance starting Friday, January 26th, at 10:00PM

Update:
License server maintenance was completed as of 12:00 PM on Saturday, January 27th, 2018. Abaqus Research, Matlab, Maple, and Comsol were all tested and are currently working.

Original Post:
ITS will be performing license server maintenance on Friday, January 26th at 10:00PM. This maintenance will effect the following software:

1. MATLAB
2. MAPLE 
3. COMSOL

The maintenance is expected to be done by 12:00 AM on Saturday, January 27th. The maintenance will effect all users that are on the Manhattan College network and that use the software that have been listed above.

Partial License Server Outage

One of the primary license servers for specialty software is down. We are aware of the issue and working on resolving the problem as soon as possible. In the interim, certain pieces of software may be inaccessible.

If you are having trouble with a particular piece of software, please open a ticket with ITS by sending an email to [its@manhattan.edu] indicating which piece of software you are experiencing trouble with, when the trouble began, and how crucial the use of the software is. We are triaging based on specific issues reported, so please do not hesitate to inform us of the issue that you are experiencing.

  • 3DS Abaqus Research License
  • ANSYS
  • Computer and Structures SAP2000
  • COMSOL Multiphysics
  • Maplesoft Maple
  • National Instruments LabView
  • Siemens NX
  • Tekla Structures
  • Trane Trace 700
  • Wolfram Mathematica
