Planned Maintenance and Upgrade - OneWeb

The OneWeb "Add Value" system for JasperCard will be offline for maintenance and upgrade starting in the afternoon of Tuesday 12/16.  The upgrade has been scheduled to upgrade the OneWeb system to provide a better user experience.  Other system maintenance will also be performed at the beginning of this maintenance window.

As a result, the following services will be offline as follows:

Starting at 2:30PM 12/16
- Balances may not immediately be available when using your JasperCard at campus dining venues.   Campus dining venues scheduled to be open on 12/16 will be fully operational throughout the maintenance.
- OneWeb system offline - not available to add new funds to JasperCard.  Existing funds on JasperCard may still be used.

While we expect all campus dining venues to be fully online later in the day of 12/16, the OneWeb system will remain offline for an extended period to apply additional upgrades.  The OneWeb system is expected to be operational prior to returning from winter break on 1/5/2015.  

The OneWeb maintenance/upgrade affects ONLY adding funds to JasperCard.  All other JasperCard transactions will be ONLINE during this upgrade period.
