A new system to better manage room reservations, event planning, and event promotion is coming soon. The current online campus calendar and room reservation process will be replaced by a system called 25LIVE. Training has already begun for key personnel and more information for the community will be available soon.
The new system will offer a streamlined workflow to facilitate many aspects of event planning including centralized room reservations and resource requests. Additionally, events that need to be promoted to the community can automatically be added to the online college calendar and digital signage without any extra work. Options to be notified of events via email and text message will also be available.
Events for fall 2015 and beyond should no longer be entered in the current (old) campus events calendar. A new process for entering campus events in 25LIVE will be announced in July.
