ITS is currently in the process of updating the Kramers across campus. These updates will take place over the next month and are expected to improve the service experience.
To ensure a smooth experience with the app please make sure that you have the most current version of the app. This can be found by hitting the gear icon on the upper right hand corner of the app. It will be listed under “General” and will be right at the top. Below please find the current version number.
Anyone that has not already downloaded the app or have downloaded it directly from the college kramer website, you will need to use the direct Windows download or the direct Mac download for the latest version.
Additionally, ITS has created this article that contains the download links as well as the current version. We will be monitoring the updates monthly and updating the article so the current version is always displayed. We encourage you to reference this article if you are having trouble connecting as it might be that you are using an outdated version.
