Network service has been restored to Overlook Manor.  Services started coming back online between 5:00-5:30PM.  All services were restored by 5:30PM including JASPERNET WIFI.  The cause of the issue was a failed fiberoptic transceiver.  A replacement part was obtained from another network location on campus and installed around 4:30PM.

Residents of Overlook Manor who are still unable to connect to JASPERNET WIFI should contact ITS by emailing with the subject "Overlook WIFI".  ITS will be monitoring correspondence for the remainder of the evening.
