ITS is aware of a network issue affecting some JasperNet users overnight. The issue was identified prior to 6AM and resolved at approximately 6:30AM. While many JasperNet users were unaffected, some devices connecting to JasperNet for the first time between 12:30AM and 6:30AM on Monday would have had trouble obtaining an IP address and may have received an error when trying to access network resources.
ITS deployed a temporary solution as of 6:30AM and will be working throughout the day to install a permanent fix to prevent this issue from reappearing in the future.
