A solution to the intermittent SSO issues reported on Tuesday has been applied overnight. ITS has confirmed that this solution has resolved the reported issues.
Due to a bug in the most recent version of our SSO software, ITS reverted our SSO system to the older version that was in place prior to last weekends upgrade. The bug in the newer version has been reported to our software provider and we are awaiting confirmation that the bug has been patched before reapplying the update.
